1 General Terms

orsfx is an online entertainment gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between orsfx and its users. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to be in full agreement with these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. If you continue using the platform after any changes take effect, you will be considered to have automatically accepted the updated Terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly.

All services offered by orsfx are for entertainment purposes. We are committed to providing a safe and reliable gaming environment by following SSL encryption and fair play principles.

2 Account Registration

To use orsfx services, you must create a personal account. The following conditions apply when registering:

  • Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential.
  • If any account details change, orsfx must be notified as soon as possible.
  • Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with or used by third parties.

Identity Verification (KYC)

orsfx reserves the right to verify a user's identity when necessary. As part of this process, copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if verification is not completed.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use orsfx services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Age: You must be at least 21 years old. 21+
  • Legal Capacity: You must be considered legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • Own Identity: You will operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
  • No Restrictions: You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
Warning: Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any gaming services. If we discover that a minor is operating an account, that account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the orsfx platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

  • Deposited funds must be sent only from a payment method that belongs to the account holder.
  • Deposits made using accounts or cards held in a third party's name are prohibited.
  • The deposit process is generally completed quickly.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing takes 5 to 30 minutes.

  • The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
  • If any bonus conditions remain unfulfilled, the corresponding amount cannot be withdrawn.
  • orsfx reserves the right to review withdrawals when necessary.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

orsfx offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳30,000 in bets.

  • Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is claimed.
  • Bonus bets on all games may not count equally toward wagering requirements.
  • Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
  • Bonus offers may vary by VIP level.

VIP Program

The orsfx VIP program operates across three tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

VIP tier levels are advanced through regular and active gaming.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on orsfx cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. The following rules apply to gaming:

  • Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed when the game is launched.
  • If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, bets will be refunded.
  • orsfx server logs will be treated as the final evidence in determining game results.
  • For sports betting, settlements are made after official results are published.
  • orsfx is not responsible for any bets missed due to internet disconnection.

Fair Play Guarantee

orsfx adheres to fair play principles. All our games and random number generators (RNG) are regularly verified to ensure a balanced and fair environment for players.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on orsfx. If any such activity is detected, the account may be immediately closed and the balance forfeited:

  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Registering an account with fake or false information.
  • Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
  • Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorised access to any account by any other dishonest method.
  • Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or any other strategic programs.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or as a vehicle for illegal funds.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Carrying out any action that disrupts the platform's operations.

8 Security & Data Protection

orsfx uses internationally recognised SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect your personal information. Keeping your financial transactions and personal data secure at all times is our top priority.

  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
  • Avoid accessing your account from public or shared networks.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the orsfx website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of orsfx or is used under an appropriate licence.

  • Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any materials without prior permission from orsfx is prohibited.
  • Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
  • The names or logos of any third-party game providers are their own assets and are protected under their respective companies.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

orsfx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Suspected fraud, deception, or dishonest activity.
  • Suspected involvement in money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Being identified as a minor.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will generally be returned, however bonus funds and active promotional winnings may be cancelled.

12 Limitation of Liability

orsfx does not accept any responsibility for the following:

  • Financial losses caused by the user's own actions.
  • Games being interrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues.
  • Security breaches caused by third parties.
  • Losses resulting from careless disclosure of account information.
  • Temporary service disruptions due to technical issues.

orsfx makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable platform under all circumstances.

13 Right to Amend Terms

orsfx reserves the exclusive right to revise, change, or update these terms at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or through the site.

If you continue using the platform after updated terms have been published, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms. Therefore, it is advisable to visit this page regularly.
